Office Hours & Appointments

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

To schedule an appointment, please call 804-822-3480 during regular business hours. We strive to accommodate requests for same-day and next-day appointments. For serious medical issues after hours and on the weekends, you can reach our answering service using the main office number. The physician on call will respond to your medical need.

For your convenience, you may also use our Online Appointment Request form. Once we receive your secure appointment request, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your appointment time.

New Patients

New patients please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please bring a copy of all insurance cards and a list of any medications you may be taking. To facilitate the registration process, you may download our Patient Registration forms in advance, fill them out, and bring them with you when you come for your appointment.

Cancellations

Please call 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment so we can open the schedule for other patients waiting to be seen. We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 fee for "no show" appointments.
